Besides the fact that I always enjoyed writing and have self-published many books, I always believed in Floyd Wickman's motto, "You Get By Giving."
Since I have retired as a licensed agent, what was the purpose of keeping all of the real estate information I collected over the 11 years of my career in storage boxes and 5 file cabinets in my garage? I also have a collection of videos and cassette tapes - worth at least $25,000 - filling up an entire bookcase in my office, and not being used.
So, I decided I could put it all to good use and give the information I have accumulated over the years to all subscribers - FREE! All tools, all ideas - everything that worked for me!
